After placing your pre-order, we will contact you to confirm final details such as shipping destination and add-on's. Once your order is confirmed and finalized, we require a 50% down payment, and 50% upon delivery. We expect to build and ship your machine in approximately 90-120 days. Multiple machines ordered at the same time will ship in the same time period. For example, an order of 3 machines at the same time will ship in the same 90-120 day window.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
- Pre-Orders: By pre-ordering our products, you are authorizing us to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of the order including all applicable taxes and charges.
- Gift Cards: For each pre-ordered product, you will receive a digital gift card equivalent to the value of the product. This gift card can be used to purchase the product once it becomes available.
- Availability: We will strive to make the product available for purchase as soon as possible. Specifications and pricing are subject to change. The actual availability date is expected to be 90-120 days from pre-order and is subject to change due to potential unforeseen circumstances.
- Gift Card Usage: The issued gift card can be redeemed once the product is available. This gift card cannot be used for any other purchases, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable.
- Order Cancellations and Refunds: Pre-orders can be canceled any time before the product becomes available. If you cancel your pre-order, the corresponding gift card will be voided and cannot be used. Refunds for pre-orders will be processed in the original form of payment within a certain number of business days.
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be held responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that arise out of or in connection with the pre-order of products.
